I believe in Unity in the Community with Students at the Center of Our Choices

Action Plan
And Issues

Place the safety and security of our children first. Ensure all children receive the proper supports to be successful

  • Transparent communication between the school board, parents, teachers and students.
  • Full disclosure of where public funds are spent.

Less litigation and more education. Take a more proactive approach with our community.

According to The Coast News, $1M was spent on lawyers to sue parents from April 2021-April 2022

Permanently budget STEAM+ teachers they should not fear for their jobs. We have the budget to do it, priorities are simply not in the “right” place.

In the 2023–24 school year, children who will turn five between September 2nd and April 2nd are eligible for TK.
DMUSD should fund TK for these children

Danielle stands with the community and represents their collective concerns. She has been speaking up at Del Mar Union School District (DMUSD) meetings addressing community concerns since February of 2022. She has attended all DMUSD school board meetings since third quarter of 2021. She has a solid understanding of what is going on in our district.

DEL MAR — Danielle Roybal remembers when she requested a Special Circumstance Instructional Assistance evaluation for her special-needs son to identify resources to help him succeed.

My family has lived in Carmel Valley for almost 10 years.

I am married to a 5th generation war veteran (service can be traced back to the Spanish American war) and we have a 10 year old attending school in the district.

I opened up the Chase bank at Pacific Highlands Ranch in 2019. I have a Master's degree in Business (MBA) and a bachelor's degree in Communications from UCSD.

I am passionate about our community and placing students at the center of our choices.
